An Outlaw is: A person deemed unworthy of the protection afforded by the law. He was placed beyond justice and its benefits, much as excommunication placed a person outside the church and beyond salvation. (Dictionary of Medieval Terms)

It was relatively easy to become an outlaw.

Andy will use medieval documents to describe just what might lead to people being outlawed in Sherwood Forest, and what the consequences might be.
